Don C. Klapko, President and Chief Executive Officer - Don Klapko has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience with the last nine years directly involved at the executive management level, most recently as President and Director of Trigger Resources Ltd., a private exploration and production company, and prior to that at Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. as Vice President of Operations. Earlier, Mr. Klapko worked in various technical and supervisory positions in oil and gas facilities, mechanical and operations functions. Mr. Klapko holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma from Kelsey Institute in Saskatchewan. He was appointed President and CEO in June 2008. Top

Blaine Boerchers, Senior VP Finance and CFO - Blaine Boerchers is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (Texas) with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, most recently as Vice President of Finance with Nabors Drilling. Mr. Boerchers has previously been Chief Financial Officer of Airborne Energy Solutions Ltd. and has held various senior finance positions with Halliburton Group Canada Inc. During his 12 years of service with Halliburton, he also spent 4 years in Dallas, Texas with Halliburton’s International Tax department in various roles. Mr. Boerchers holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. Mr. Boerchers joined Enterra in October 2007.Top

John F. Reader, Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer - John Reader is a Professional Geological Engineer with over 25 years of resource industry experience. Recently he culminated an 18-year career with ChevronTexaco Corporation as Canadian Business Development Manager, with prior experience as Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, and various other supervisory roles. Mr. Reader was appointed Vice President, Operations and Engineering of Enterra in October 2005 and was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Development in June 2006. Mr. Reader holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Top

John Chimahusky, Senior VP and COO, U.S. Operations - John Chimahusky is a petroleum geologist with over 25 years of domestic and international oil and gas industry experience. Most recently, he was President of Kirkpatrick Oil Company, Inc., a private exploration and production company based in Oklahoma City which has assets primarily in the Mid-Continent and Permian Basin. Prior to that Mr. Chimahusky had a 25-year career with ConocoPhillips and its predecessor, Phillips Petroleum Company. He held various senior positions in Oklahoma, Texas and Norway, culminating as Exploration Manager, Former Soviet Union. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Mississippi and a Masters degree in Geology from Memphis State University. Mr. Chimahusky joined Enterra in December 2007. Top

Mark Rupert, Vice President U.S. Operations - Mr. Rupert is a Professional Petroleum Engineer with over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience, most recently as Operations Manager of Ward Petroleum Corporation, a private exploration and production company based in Oklahoma with assets in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins. Mr. Rupert has also held various managerial and technical positions specializing in drilling and operating activities in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Rupert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He joined Enterra in January 2008.Top

Richard F. Dixon, VP Land, U.S. Operations - Richard Dixon is a Petroleum Landman with over 32 years of diverse land management experience in both public and independently owned exploration and production companies. Since 1990 Mr. Dixon held the position of Vice President of Land for Cheyenne Petroleum Company, a private exploration and production company located in Oklahoma with production in numerous states and Canadian provinces, both onshore and offshore. Mr. Dixon received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. He joined Altex Energy Corporation in May 2009. Top
